We intentionally keep our client-base small so we can give both the Intended Parents and the Surrogate Mothers as much attention, guidance and fulfillment as they need. Everything from finding a Surrogate, to psychological and medical testing to contract signing, the embryo transfer and pregnancy needs a great deal of coordination and communication. We are here to save the Intended Parents time, money and energy, and to be a source of support for all parties so they can focus on the joys of making a family.

Here are the types of services we provide:

Line

  • Locate and pre-screen Gestational Surrogates for a possible match with Intended Parents
  • Introduce Intended Parents to Surrogate. If Intended Parents come to us already matched we will perform all other duties for a reduced agency fee
  • Refer separate legal counsel for both Intended Parents and Surrogate Mother with attorney experienced in surrogacy law
  • Find recommendations for opening of escrow account and track disbursements
  • Locate fertility clinics, make appointments, and arrange hotel accommodations as well as travel arrangements, if necessary
  • Act as a liaison between Surrogate Mother, Intended Parents and fertility clinic
  • Confirm Surrogate's health insurance coverage. If the surrogate's policy specifically excludes surrogacy we will arrange for independent coverage
  • Arrange life insurance for Surrogate
  • Attend doctor appointments with the Surrogate, if possible and/or desired
  • Attend embryo transfer, if possible and/or desired
  • Arrange for Surrogate to receive counseling, if requested
  • Attend delivery, if desired and/or possible
  • Communicate with Intended Parents and Surrogate throughout surrogacy arrangement and offer support
  • Foster and encourage a mutually respectful and friendly relationship between the Intended Parents and Surrogate Mothers
  • Additional reasonable requests made by Intended Parents and Surrogates
